Well I work nights at the hospital. Since I come in at 730pm I usually pack a healthy dinner I prepared a head of time and after midnight I have those 100cal packets that I will eat one of or get some of that 35cal bread and use spray butter which has 0 calories. Also I only will drink water. hope this helps

I worked graveyards for 15 years and the only time I could control my weight was when I made sure I ate healthy/easy snacks every couple hours that I brought with me. I would never go more than 3 hrs without eating something. For example, at 1 AM I would eat cut up carrots or celery I had brought in snack sized baggies (then I could grab one of those instead of something from the vending machine.) At 3 or 4 I would eat a healthy "lunch" that I had brought with me and then at 5 or 6 I would eat an apple or another bagged snack I had brought. Sometimes I would have single servings of sunflower seeds in shell. They took longer to eat and would make me feel full up. Easy grab was always the key for me. Good luck!
