Started this horrible diet on May 6 at 219lbs. The premise of this diet is to have a protein shake for breakfast, one for lunch with a salad, and a healthy dinner (5-7 oz of lean meat and 2-3 cups of veggies). Needless to say...I'M HUNGRY!! Since I paid quite a bit to do this diet I figure I should stick it out until my two week mark where I will meet up with the doctor and tell them this is crapola. So I barely get 500 cals a day but I exercise and burn off at least 500 cals. I realize this is just a jump start for me to get me motivated, but really??? I'm also meeting with a physical trainer tomorrow to talk about setting up some sessions so I can work on strength training. I probably won't start that until next week (when my psychotic diet ends) so that I can integrate more cals and good carbs in to my plan so I don't pass out at the gym.
To be honest I do want to lose weight quickly, but I'm sure I'm TONS more active then the other people who go in there...I just got led astray by Pizza. I bet if I eat normal otherwise (NO PIZZA) I could lose all my weight by Sept. (right now that is 52lbs). So we shalls see.

you should ask your trainer to give you some pointers on what a healthier, more filling diet would look like. =] the best of luck to you!
