Grey day with thunderstorm. Rest day. Did a sprint the last few miles yesterday, and still feel sore.
Was funny, another cyclist came up in parallel with me. We started chatting a bit. After awhile it got awkward, and I found it best to just take off. Kept high speed for the rest of the ride.
Loading up with as much protein as my stomach can hold for my current N=1 experiment. Weigh-in day tomorrow, and hope for no shock. 🙂
