I am so happy that I can still pull these big workouts off after 6 weeks of huge effort. I am sore I am tired I am Hungry... god am I hungry hahahaha But most important thing of all I AM SMILING. 2 weeks left of this challenge, my diet has been on pint and I have physically pushed as hard as I can. Regardless of the results anyone who tries is a winner!

My trainers are worth they weight in gold... Good thing their all tiny lol.
Definitely has done wonders for me in conjunction with heavy weight training in my arvos.
My gym at least is full of the most supportive and friendly bunch of people out of any gym IV ever been into.
