Believe it or not I'm very patient. I been on this journey for 20 years. It's a life time journey not a diet thats forsure. I'm just now getting into sculpting and adding weights to my workouts for about a month now. Fixing to increase my weights. Just now thinking about switching from counting points to counting calories? Weight watchers is all about the number on the scale.

You take pictures and you see progress, when you add muscle the scale might not move cause your replacing fat
