getting buffer in my tummy! i have been planking for 45 seconds everyday and doing 50 situps with a weight ball

you look amazing! I must start your plan on losing the stomach, my biggest problem. I know it's hard work (doubt I could do one sit up, you're such an inspiration to me!

I think doing situps does help with the appearance of the stomach though...you can't choose where you lose fat but working the muscles there helps the appearance in the mean time

@Sharons Victory - In my case, the fat around my stomach was the last to start to go (before I decided to start lifting and bulk back up), but when I dropped down to my BMI weight I was able to start to see the muscles I had started to build up from doing crunches. So now I am doing 100 crunches a day and I will hopefully have some abs when I shed the fat again.
