Weight = 177. I cheated myself and didn't record last night bedtime snack: 1/2 c. Sugar free chocolate pudding with sf cool whip and pecans. Woke up in middle of night thinking I was going to be sick, but toughed it out!
Subbing for someone at library today.I'll take Keto coffee with protein powder for lunch.
