Haha, for me I would have switched your meal for 3 eggs and 1 rice cake. Or maybe leave out the rice cake😁 Way to go, keep up the fight!

I love chicken salad with avocado or tomato slices on my rice cakes. 😋 so good.

I don't actually enjoy the taste of rice cakes, but for some reason I can't stop eating them! Have you tried taking half a banana or some strawberries and mashing it to a spread? It's... good :-)
