I'm not sure how it happened, but I'm not in ketosis anymore. No idea what I did. Maybe too much protein? I've seen conflicting information about whether too much protein can kick you out of ketosis or not.
This may be strange, but sometimes I find it hard to get enough fat with what I eat. Green olives are my go to, and I do check to make sure nothing has been added to them. Back to the books and keto suggestion boards!
