I was wondering why none of you ever had a single thing to say about my journey that I am sharing with you.
I found the little box, and now I know why! Feel free to chime in. The scale was down another pound today. YAY!
I went to the Dr. yesterday and it was a new young visiting Dr. (mine is on holiday). I told her about losing 19lb in just over a moth and Keto and she was totally supportive. I told her about the Dr. Eric Berg (Chiropractor) you tube videos, and she mentioned the Nephrologist at St. Mike's and I said - Dr. Jason Fung!! and together we rejoiced at the ease and peace of watching these blasted fat cells melt away. She sad she was amazed at how many patients she had seen that have commented on their success on Hi Fat - Lo Carb. If there is one thing I'm prepared to SHOUT from the roof-tops, it is - DITCH THE CARBS - anything Refined, White, Sugar, Processed. I am so happy to have lost 20lb. I have a long way to go but I have so much hope which = patience and I am prepared to be on this journey for both the weight loss and the new lifelong WOE (way of eating). I had a salad last night with a mind-blowing dressing I found at Whole Foods... will post picture of that later. Finally - the 20lb has noticeably come off my front upper chest/clavicles. Still feel like I have the double chin, fat arms, thighs and butt - it's all in one bizarre place and I seriously look like a "work in progress". Thank-goodness my husband sees the levity in this "weird shape". Where are you guys losing it from first? I am definitely not "even". Have a great Day Team FS!!

Not sure why I haven’t seen many of your posts but 20lbs is an awesome achievement!! I also give a shout out to low carb high fat...it is the easiest and most effective diet I’ve ever tried. I reached my goal in June (125lbs—down from about 160) you will reach your goal too! Now I’m struggling with maintenance and trying to find a balance I can live with forever. Best wishes to you!

Right... It's the lifelong thing that I too will grapple with, this truly is a one day at a time and really like any other addiction. Truly have to keep the blood under control. Worth it though!

I was left with a stomach pouch when I had my daughter, it has shrunk and gone bigger and bigger as my weight has yoyoed. Now I’m left with an apron, especially since my mobility has gotten worse. Now I seem to have lost weight all over, but hardly any of this spare tyre. I told my gp last week that it’s getting bigger now due to sitting in my wheelchair and also I think I’m going through the menopause. I’m 52. My legs have really gone thin due to losing so much muscle. Not a good look at all. I’m so oddly shaped now I hate my body but as I can’t exercise I can only diet and try to move as much as possible. My go said 3 of my tablets cause weight gain so it’s a constant battle I’m afraid. I’m really not painting a good picture of myself am I? Sorry to be so negative. I am going to lose more with keto and on a positive note my bloods are actually really good and normal, I’m diabetic and have hypercholesterolism and hypothyroidism. 1st time in my life I’ve had normal blood levels on any of these 3 let alone all at once! Go keto xx
