7/27: Fat 13.0%, Muscle 65.25kg (W 57.9%)
7/31: Fat 13.0%, Muscle 65.65kg (W 58.3%)
8/04: Fat 12.9%, Muscle 65.55kg (W 58.5%)

Ate a lot of smoked chicken breast when having that muscle gain. Shop sold out, but yesterday I got to buy 10 pounds of it. Hope that can give a better muscle number next weekend. Ongoing experiment.
