I have enough against me, that makes me grateful that I'm not an emotional eater. I couldn't imagine where I'd be if that were the case, so my hats off to you that suffer that plight. This morning I took an 88 year old to our local V.A. hospital for eye surgery. The trip reminded me when I used to take my son there. He is no longer with us. On the way home the weight of this thought hit home. Sometimes being human is nearly unbearable. If I were an emotional eater I'd have cleared the junk isle of the nearest grocery store. God bless guys--keep plugging at it; it isn't easy, but well worth it.
