Went on a bit of a booze and food bender Saturday night. The good news is that I exercised first, drank much less than in previous years, but honestly have very little recollection of what I ate other than it was all delicious and in small bites. I know you're not supposed to say that, but oh well, it's the truth. This smaller body takes much less alcohol than its counterpart. I also have no idea what was in the drinks we had. They weren't sweet, so not too much sugar, I hope.

No hangover, lots of water, and exercised again yesterday. Back at 155.5 this morning, so that's good. Personal shortcoming to work on. I wouldn't want to be perfect, would I?
