Feel my current weight is about right, and change gear into maintanance.
Do not know how to do this yet, but will try out with 12-14 hour daily fasting for skin firming, together with a Keto/Carnivorous menu.
The body need no carbs, so I see no point in including them in my daily menu, but may relax it at social events.
My weight did some crazy bumps lately, so to calm that aspect, I'll go back to weekend weigh-in here on FS.
Trying this model first, and will adjust as needed along the way.
