Added more to the workout in the last weekend, spend around 3 hours in the GYM, trying to do this 2 to 3 times a week.

Elliptical training for 2 hours and 8 minutes in two session.

Workout routine & Calories burned:
1:04 - 1000+ calories on elliptical at one session
0:38 - 400+ calories on 2.5 mile walk at 4.1~4.2 MPH on thread mill includes startup & cool down time.
1:04 - 1000+ calories on elliptical at second session

162.0 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Becareful on the calorie estimates on some of the machines, they are not always reliable. But great job on the exercise.
