Let's start with my numbers: Wgt: 245; glucose 9.1; ketones 0.4; B 51; W 47; W 54; N 17; A 17. The numbers are good, I'm down 3 more lbs and my husband said he can tell a difference! Yippee! It looks like IF (Intermittent Fasting) is working for me, along with a Keto WOE, of course.
I'll break my fast tonight with a fish salad and broccoli. I'll have 2 fat bombs if I need them, and that will be it. Perhaps a cup of broth. I'm happy for now :)
