Veggie goat cheese pizzas, used a portabella cap instead of crust. Pesto for the sauce . Turned out great . Very few calories.

Yes I rubbed with olive oil and baked for about 15 min then added topping and baked another 10-15 min.

I do too. I actually prefer the portobello caps now over dough or bread. Funny how taste changes over time. When the thing I had to do became the thing I wanted to do, life got much easier! :-) Yummy dinner.
