Keto Chocolate Mousse. I switched up the recipe a little. I added 1/2 tsp vanilla and used Agave Five to sweeten it up. Comes in at 234 calories per serving 1.65 ounce servings. 2.2 net carbs. I hope everyone has had a great Monday. I am glad it is almost over. xo

It is a liquid low-glycemic sweetener by madhava.

2 oz unsalted butter room temp
2 oz cream cheese room temp
3 oz heavy cream
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp sweetener (I used agave five)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend butter & sweetener, blend in cream cheese real well, add cocoa blend, and add vanilla and blend.
Whip heavy cream
Fold heavy cream into cocoa mixture and chill.
