What a wonderful weekend!
The weather was just perfect, well, it was very hot though!, and I am sunburned (I'm kind of tanned but it kinda hurts, yestarday was almost too painful to even be laid down or even walk...today I'm almost back to normal), but setting that a side, I had a really great time with my friends and my gf, I enjoyed myself quite nicely.
On the caloric side, it wasn't so good, nor so bad I behaved just a little offlimits considering all of the sugary starchy snacks laying everywhere.

I will record a weigh in on wednesday to give myself a chance to let all the alcohol out of my system and to sweat in the gym all the bad toxins that are probably still inside me.

I hope you all had a very nice weekend and that you have a very good week.

Glad to see you made it back and has a wonderful time. Its great to spend time relaxing with friends. I am sure an extra mile on the treadmill will have you back in shape. I would settle for a sunburn its been cold and rainy here. Have a great week JC and good luck with the way in. :)

Yes, as I said on lenny's journal, I think every once in a while a slip is just what we need to give that extra we were lacking and to boost our weight loss, I know it sounds kinda ironic, but I found that for me it works that way...funny huh?

I havent had many cheats very few and I realized this weekend I'm not missing anything. I did open my eyes to what I thought I was missing..now for damage control...lol. This week will be much better! and Thanks Jc for the support.
