People need to know, everything in moderation...even a diet, cause it can mess up ur metabolism

IF there is a way to create a click on link, I don’t know it. I have seen some people post full articles but I’ve not had any luck.

The other thing that the body does that affects the calorie burned has to do with repetitious activity. For instance I swim every day, 5-7 days a week for two hours and I have been doing that for about 18 years. Technically that burns between 400-600 calories. Considering my calorie intake is at best maybe 1300 a day (I just can't eat more than that) you might think I would be skin and bones, but my metabolism has become very EFFICIENT . Same goes when I hike. I can do 7-8 miles and not even raise my heart rate. Again, body has adapted to provide just the amount of energy I need.. I’m not on a wt loss journey at all, just a stay as healthy as possible journey.

Kenna I admire you being conscious and trying to prevent a health issue. If more and more people cared about preventing such issues our society would not be having such an epidemic
