Well, today was perfection. I worked, I layed out in the sun, I ate grilled chicken and a salad, I did my brothers laundry, I ate popcorn with DH in front of the Tv, I got ready for tomorrow (Monday!) and I made sleepover plans for our 12 year old tomorrow at our house. The best part? DH and I took the dog and Matthew (4) down to the beach so Priscilla could swim (she’s 70 pounds of black fur and it was 90 here today in Michigan) - Kenna, I had no bloating!
I wish each one of you peace and tranquillity on this beautiful summer night. Tell yourself something you like about yourself. And if someone is with you, compliment them too.
