Fasting BS this morning was 133. Rushed off to church without taking along my lunch meds with me, so when I got back home at 3:20, I immediately did a glucose test -- 132! I'm liking that! I did incorporate a fresh peach in my breakfast. Was totally delicious! I ate lunch about 12:30, so that means even though my calories are too high today (1221, including what I plan to eat in the evening), I still am eating mindfully. Cookout supper at son's tonight, so I must be really careful. I plan to eat just hamburger patty, olives, pickles, cheese, so hopefully I can get my macros better balanced. My expected is 68/8/24. My actual was 68/9/23, 1477 calories.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
