I have decided that I am going to have a cheat day. Cravings for the food I used to eat are getting high so instead of getting burned out and blowing it all this cheat day will being remedy. Also doing a 24 hour fast before my cheat meal. This is the first week of it so we will see how it goes.
274.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Rosio I am not eating more calories just eating unhealthy food. I can keep my calories and still eat unhealthy and feel like I'm "cheating"

Rosio I have to disagree with you about food being good and bad. Most food is good but your body doesn’t need or want toxic junk. Like crap full of HFCs ect. Small amounts aren’t gonna kill us but they are still bad for us even if you are the picture of health. Just something I’ve been thinking about lately

I do 6-18 IF everyday but I just stretched it out for 24 for today

Oh cool! How did it go? Ive been doing the same. A lot of near 20 hour fasts. I really want to try 30 hours. I think I can make it but I don’t know how it will affect my work performance.

I was fine. I don't know if extending it out was worth it or not. I ended up eating more (I had planned to do so) but I felt terrible the rest of the night. So i think I stick to my 3 small meals in 6 hours.
