The scale was 134.8 this morning, I'm actually a little releived. It was a bit higher yesterday. I thought it was just going to keep going up. My calories have been the same as when I was dropping the weight, I wish it would start going down again! Come on, throw me a bone! How long do I have to be punished for overindulging this weekend!?
I looked at my exercise chart and I have been doing an average of 30-45 minutes of exercise this week as opposed to 60-90 minutes or more the previous weeks, so until I can get back in the swing of things, I can't really expect to drop huge numbers. I am still coughing a lot, it makes it miserable to do higher impact stuff, so I have been doing more toning like pilates and weight training, which unfortuately is not as effective at burning those calories. It's so not cool that a bad weekend is still affecting me! If I wouldn't have got sick right after it wouldn't have been so bad probably. I would like to have a lower calorie day today to get the ball rolling again, but every time I say that I feel like I'm starving halfway through the day! it's a mental thing. We'll see how it goes, I'm definitely going to try to be more active today.

I'm glad it's dropping for you! Guess you gotta kick the exercise up a notch, but only do it when you're feeling ok!

GOOD FOR YOU! see don't freak out! don't weigh in everyday... well here on fs. lol loosinisfun told me its good to trick your body. same food same routine won't allow you to lose weight as well as ppl think! so what you did worked! i bet you'll see an awesome drop when you go back to 60 min workouts! great job, not on purpose i know... lol
