I did not lose 8 pounds in a week, it was more over the last 3 weeks, but I just got a scale. It is very pleasing to know though that I have been loosing consistantly!! Wow, I feel good. Even though I had popcorn last night at 9:30, and just finished eating a mars bar. Weekends are the hardest, but it also doesnt help that we are in the middle of installing out bacement ceiling...Were haveing a cheese pizza soon for lupper. I do take it easy on saturdays, its the one day of the week I have way too much to do to be focusing on calories.
