6/27: 84.95kg, Fat 19.9%, Muscle 64.50kg, Water 60.6%
6/28: 83.55kg, Fat 19.6%, Muscle 63.75kg, Water 60.3%
Results: Weight loss, Fat loss, Muscle loss, Water loss

Ate minimum meat 5am-noon
Bicycle ride, and weight lifting.
Normal salt intake today, plus potassium.
Feel a bit thirsty at weigh-in.

Happy to see fat % go the right way.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 99.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 21.6 lb a week
