Notice my urine go foamy, so I probably had too much salt yesterday. Will do normal salting today, and aim for electrolyte balance.

My Dear husband was on a high protein diet, mostly eggs, and fowl, too much can foam the urine due to kidneys, also bags under the eyes are another sign of too much protein. So my husband had both signs now he reduced his intake by almost half.

&eat_les Deeply appreciate you sharing your experience. Will look out for this over the time ahead. From what I could find out, it seems like a short period with foam can happen from time to time. It was 'plain' till I took a crazy amount of salt. Assume this overload will balace out in a few days, and that plain urine come back. I know I eat barely the minimum of daily requirements of meat every day. Will log when urine is no longer foamy.
