This is getting so old. Up down up down up down mostly up. My whole life has been like this.
I have got to stick with goals and planning like I do my professional life. I can tell when I plan and write I do great, then when I just do as I go I slide back into my bad habits.
237.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
