I woke up this morning and was 149.4 or 149.6. Sorry, bad memory. Happens to the best of us I guess. When I weighed in yesterday, I was 151.2. I'm thinking that it might be water weight. I don't think it is my true weight. Should I still weigh in? I'm starting a challenge tomorrow, and am worried that I will start too low. I don't want to disappoint myself in the long run. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'd go with the weight you had this morning, not yesterday's. Make it more of an actual challenge. :) Don't cheat yourself.

My weight can fluctuate up to 10lbs in a single day, what matters the most is the trend line you are following. Use the graph the app shows you! It's easy to get discouraged by following only a number, so start your challenge with another addition: measure your waist hips chest and neck, then do it again in a month. What matters more than the numbers is how you feel. The numbers are only numbers, so use them as a tool, not as a true gauge of your success! 🏋️♀️
