Three days have passed since I have had a Dr Pepper. Yesterday was the first day that I had a mild headache. Today I wake up feeling great, no headache as of yet and 3 more pounds lighter since my last weigh in. My energy is slowly coming back. Other than loosing weight, my goal is to get off some of these 12 different medications I am taking. I am watching what I eat with my meals being based on the Keto diet. I am not following it strictly just using the diet to plan my meals.
