I spent a lot of time this week away from all electronic devices and I really don't plan on back tracking to key in everything that I ate. I am pretty sure that I will forget to add quite a few things anyway. I did not loose any weight but then I did not gain any either. So I feeling that my food menu must have been pretty close to what I was needing to not be hungry but to much to loose any weight. I keep telling myself that I don't want to loose it to quick because that's a recipe for gaining it all back. UUgh!
