I don't know what the stats would be, but I've made almond milk from scratch using just plain old almond flour, water with a vanilla and a medjool date fore straining through a coffee filter. It was different, but not bad. Really enjoyed knowing exactly what was in it, but it was time consuming. I may do it again in the near future. Here is the link to the recipe I used.

Hi conic- That sounds interesting! I bought this because I need to boost my protein by around 20 grams a day and using this regularly in my iced lattes would help. I don't think almond milk normally has much protein.
