@ Gym today:
10 minutes cardio plus 2 sets ea Squats & reverse lunges on the TRX to warm up.
Heavy kettlebell deadlifts alternated w/
5 sets of barbell bench press ( went up in wright but oof, had to add an extra set to finish my reps.
Finished off w/ 3 sets single leg leg extensions and single leg curl.
Light Stretch
