My step-father's kidneys shut down yesterday and even though I was very upset, I did not go home and stress eat. I did have an extra glass of wine but I still worked out. In fact, I did weights last night just to challenge myself a bit more. I haven't been on the Beast in a couple of days so I have promised myself to do that when I get home today. I plan on doing 10 miles anyway. With all of the rain over the past couple of days, my allergies have not been as bad so that should help my stamina. Praying for a good day today.

Sorry to hear that, but I am glad you didn't turn to food to comfort you. I hope it was red wine because you know that's good for you!!
