Today I am having yet another low cal day to make up for the wonderful dinner I had on Saturday. I'm planning on spending some time in the pool when I visit my mom; I need the sun and the exercise I will get.

Enjoy the pool, it sounds nice. I will also be making up for yesterday's snacking. Thankfully it wasn't too bad.

During the summertimes I would go to my mom's and swim in her pool. I would do laps around her pool to equal a mile. It was GREAT exercise and I even got my niece into doing the laps w/ me.
