ate too much yesterday, but didn't eat carbs. it was my b day and I was not happy. So, today I fasted till dinner and going light. tomorrow will be a normal day, dinner and snack. KETO
190.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awe thanks. Ya it was my 50th and tried to get people to gather for the evening and no one was interested. What ever. Time to eliminate disappointing people from my life and just keep losing weight.
