Good Morning fellow Losers!
I am feeling good about my present state of being. Last night I felt an absolute need to eat, it was still early and thought holy cow...I have 3 hours before bed! I am not comfortable going to bed hungry but I stayed strong, did not eat anything and woke up a tad lighter overall. I actually enjoy not going to bed with the nightly sensation that I ate a cow and I have a brick in my stomach.
As jengetfit123 told me...don't take your eye off the prize.
