things really aren't moving. I've been super good about my food choices, and working out with a very intense program and negligible amounts on the scale.

it used to be that a week of doing this at least I would see a pound. now I see nothing.

I hate everything. this is Why I want to quit trying.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

0.3 is good! Don't give up, you are on the right path!!! I lost 0.2 even I thought for sure it would be more because I started working harder, but these little numbers add up!!
