So I've been trying to get back to recording. weekends are the hardest as I have no schedule. I have been trying to make good food choices. stopped with most snacks, and ones I do have are 200 calories or less and I won't eat them unless I can record it.

need to get more groceries. our garden is growing, so soon we will have fresh veggies.

I have been working out 6 days a week with beachbody doing a very hard program called 80 day obsession. I have completed it once. today is day 3 of my 2nd round. it's a lot of muscle building. I'm hoping this time around with my nutrition in focus, or coming into focus, that I will see more results with this next 80 days.... i took before photos which put me in a horrible head space because I hate what I saw and I took measurements, my fiance did too and comparing sizes was also bad.

pushing forward. focusing on water intake and good food choices and not falling into the habit of comfort eating sweets. I feel good when I can resist sweets, so I need to focus on that power.
170.9 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
