Finally! down to the next goal level. If I had to carry 6 "10" pound bags of potatoes and a pound of butter around everyday, all day, I couldn't do it. but I've carried that around with me for years. No wonder my legs hurt so badly. Thank You, God, for the progress!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
