I haven't gained or lost. Been floating around in the same 204-205 range. Time to get back to work and seriously lose this weight. My job has been super stressful, to the point that I resigned. The disrespectful and unprofessional atmosphere got too much to take. On the bright side, we are moving into a new townhouse and I have several job opportunities that I'm looking into. Mostly, I'm looking forward to getting my health back on track, both mentally and physically.

Good 4 You !!!! I've worked in those toxic environments with ruthless, back stabbing individuals, and those with no initiative.....It is terrible!!!! It does wreak havoc on your own health....More power to you for taking charge of your life. I'm cheering for your new start. :)

Job stress made me literally sick. My cousin just quit her job for the same reason. My godsister hates to even go to her job anymore. Her supervisor goes out of her way to find reasons to be difficult and it's getting to her. She sticks it out because she has 15+ years at her job. She's been looking, but nothings come through yet. When a job gets that bad, it's best to leave if you can. It has a negative affect on you emotionally and physically. Good luck finding a new job. Hope the next one is better for you.
