Just now eating! I last ate at 6pm yesterday. I was a little hungry while driving to the gym but then it subsided.

Keto makes fasting a lill easier. I think I’m going to eat my big meal after the gym and eat a small meal at dinner

Looks good! I agree, it's easier on Keto to fast. Sometimes I eat breakfast, but most times I wait until lunch. My husband and I work together so lunch is our big meal of the day. Most days, we skip dinner.

Koolbeanz I want to get to that point were I can do that too. Munching through the evening was always my kryptonite. I think with Keto I might just lose those terrible cravings since I actual feel satisfied hours after eating

Yep, intermittent fasting works! I’ve lost a lot that way.
