An amazing salad, to celebrate this crumby Monday coming to a glorious end! Yay, we made it!! 😝

I must admit, if a person works at it, there's really no need for a diet to be all celery and carrots sticks, and Shane on anyone who would eat a puffed rice cake. Your free to invite me to dinner any time. Yum.

Ha!! I love it!! The salad was under 400 calories! And I’m so comfortable and satisfied, I may have some frozen yogurt later!

Chocolate puff rice cakes with a dab of peanut butter and sliced strawberries aren't bad.

Not for me. That's literally death on a rice cake for me.

Death yes.. probably. But what a way to go.... 😂 no really, though, I’m abstaining from rice, cake, rice cakes, chocolate, peanut butter, peanuts... yeah. South beach is pretty restrictive. It’s low carb, low fat. Not Keto. And I catch a lot of flack for that 😂 but deep down, we’re all addicts I assume, so I try to be “clean and sober “ from those foods that Usually trigger a binge for me. TBH
