Swimming is the new walking for me! Don't be impressed, didn't swim the entire time. My homemade floats sank even more quickly this time. The float I ordered should be here today though. I did an hour of "swimming" w/no legs and some made up resistance moves keeping the weight off the foot. Seems to be working. Nowhere near 10K steps, but you do what you can with what you got.

Going to be a monster week at work. Press on, press on. Just remember to breathe.

That's swelling on Friday, mostly gone now. Keeping das boot. And yes, I know it means boat. It feels like a boat. Reminder to not be an idiot for awhile. At least three days. Max.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
