It's a good thing I dance each week - I am hitting 1400 calories a day average and 1600 exercise making a 200 calorie deficit. That deficit has to get bigger for me to hit 125 by Christmas. Just saying.

Just eat a little less weekly/daily & youll create a larger deficit in tandem with your current routine

Thank you! @rosio19 - you are an inspiration! @DEADPOOL12345 I keep in mind that I really need to eat like my birds do - whole foods, unprocessed, low fat. It's true that the intake is really the important part.
