Lifelong habit: Anxious eating pre-dinner especially. Growing up we called it snacking. I can honestly say that I usually sat down for meals already full growing up and into adulthood. I used to eat crackers while I cooked, on top of drinking whatever beverages. Chips and salsa were another favorite of mine to eat pre entrée. I never was one of those people who had the natural ability to just forget about food or accidentally missed a meal. I always was watching the clock, waiting until it was time to eat again. These days I am happy to say I’m enjoying the sunshine, my dog, our children, outdoors! The moments in between meals and I don’t have anything in my hand other than the silly old phone. —————Thinking about life
