HELP!! I'm having another out of body experience ... sounds about right because I did really well for the last 2 weeks. So on Saturday morning, I wake up and go to WW and am shocked to find out that not only did I reach my goal but I lost an extra 2 lbs putting me at 118.2. So Saturday just happens to be my hubby's surprise birthday party. Eating wise, I probably ate more points than I should have, but I definitely didn't go way overboard. Then comes Sunday ... I eat like a mad woman and then there was yesterday and I ate like a mad woman. I jumped on the scale this morning and it read 125 ........... I am not kidding you ........ 125 ............. Literally ... how do you gain 7 lbs in 2 days???????? OMG ... so I tell myself that I'm going to eat 1 meal a day until Saturday so that I can at least get back to 122 so that I don't have to get out of maintenance ... my first week in it. Uggghhhh so sad ... but not good enough because today I HAD to stop at Arctic Circle and eat a shake. So I don't know what to do ... why did I have to do that ... and I know that in like 2 weeks I'll get back down and do it again ... I need to just never binge again ... but I know that's not possible ... I just don't understand why I do this to myself ... Grrrrr.

Here is what I have to do to hopefully be within my maintanence range ... at least 122 ... they will be shocked at the meeting that I literally gained 4 lbs in 1 week. Yikkkkeeessss.

1. Do not eat anything for the rest of today.
2. Only eat dinner Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

This sucks ... why do I do this to myself. I can literally feel the fatness in my blood ... my body is like tender to the touch. WTH!

I don't think skipping meals is wise at all. make healthy choices and keep your metabolism up. Keep that protein up to keep you from being hungry and watch the carbs. You binged because you felt like you had been successful! Then you went overboard and now you see why you can't do that. I will tell you when I have done it in the past, the weigh always comes off faster the second time if you don't keep cheating! So tighten your belt and focus on the future!

You are probably also retaining lots of water since you ate so badly and you may not have "gone to the bathroom" yet to get rid off all the bad foods you ate. Drink your 64 oz of water minimum and get some exercise!

Thank you kmax for your support! I really appreciate it! I know I can turn it around it's just hard when you're under the pressure for the WW weigh in ... but I guess it helps keep me accountable :)
