Today I am continuing the liquid diet. However, I am cutting the calories down from 900 to 400 (no vanilla shakes today). Tomorrow I plan to go to water only for 2 1/2 days.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
