Recovering from an exhaustive week and just enjoying the weekend. Keeping carbs strictly less than 20g for weekends. Will see how I go next few weekends.
243.2 lb Lost so far: 96.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
