Finally weight starting to drop this week had been a slow one for me then again ate more calories, slept badly, exercised less. All in all I am happy where I am. I have a tension headache from poor form in the gym and training with little sleep. Have learnt my lesson I hope. Off for my much deserved myotherapy
243.8 lb Lost so far: 95.9 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
